Thoughts That Question the Movements of God

“Immediately Jesus knew in his spirit that this was what they were thinking in their hearts, and he said to them, “Why are you thinking these things?” Mark 2:8

It takes courage to believe what is not in our control or what we lack knowledge. I propose it’s human nature to speak against what we do not understand. Even more so concerning situations that contradict what we believe to be true or what is not true.

When we lack understanding of what God is doing, we tend to doubt what He has spoken to us. Thoughts that questioned God’s ability to facilitate the circumstances overload our minds. One moment we believe in His almighty powers, the next moment we are distracted by something in the earth realm. Like an emotional chameleon, when change according to our feelings.

Why are you thinking these things? An indictment to those who call God Father but question His movements. Instead succumbing to doubt as result of misbelief, we must remember to walk by faith and not by sight.
