“But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.” Matthew 6:6

Prayer is the most common method of sharing a conversation with God. In prayer, we take our first steps toward a relationship with God. Prayer is the discipline to draw closer to God, so He draws nigh to us. It’s an essential staple to maintaining our relationship with the Heavenly Father. Prayer brings us into a place of focus not only to offer thanksgiving and praise but also to receive instructions for next steps in our lives. Constant communication to God is the key to a successful life. As we seek to acknowledge Him in all our ways, we outward declare without prayer we are unequipped to make it along life’s journey.

“Prayer is a vital discipline for the children of God, to be practice daily…morning…noon day and night”_ASA
